Every internet marketers know that selecting the right keywords helps to increase the effectiveness in promoting their online business. There are many keyword research tools around in the market that help in keyword research work, some are free while others may need you to purchase them. I believe that even you may not try all of them; you should have tried on at least one.
I have purchased a few keyword research tools and one of them is Keyword Elite. I should not say that Keyword Elite is the best tools among all. In fact, I did not found my best tool yet, but I think Keyword Elite is a good tool to be considered if you are serious to make success in online marketing. After using the tool, I found that Keyword Elite has the pro and con in keyword research which I think you should know before you consider purchasing the tool.
Pros
1. Retrieve High Paying Keywords
If you are using Adsense to make money and generate income, then you will love Keyword Elite because the tool enables you to find Adsense high paying keywords based on the estimation of Adwords cost-per-click (CPC). However, one thing you need to be aware that the CPC retrieved by Keyword Elite from Adwords only reflects the Google regular search and not from the content search network. As in most cases, the Adwords advertisers will bid much higher in Google regular search then the content search network, you may get a much lower CPC for your Adsense then you expected based on Keyword Elite findings.
2. Find Keywords That Generate Money
Beside the high paying keywords, you need to know the keywords that are cheap which can help in generate traffic to your website. Keyword Elite will show you how to find those hidden keywords so that you can drive traffic generate money.

Keyword Elite does not generate keywords by itself. It pulls the keywords from various external sources such as Overture, Google and WordTracker. This means the speed of process in generating keywords is really depend on these external sources. That's why sometime you will find it very slow or have a hard time to generate keywords from a certain sources if those database having problem of speed and stability.
2. Need To Key-In Captcha On Every Keyword From WordTracker
Wordtracker is a good source for keywords, but Keyword Elite has one problem in using Wordtracker as the keyword retrieving source. What is the problem? Well, the recent update for Wordtracker will cause a captcha ) A captcha is a kind of test adopted by much internet technology to fight spamming) appears for every single keyword, you need to key in repeatedly hundreds or thousands times just to get rid of the captcha for a long list of keywords. To be fair, it actually not the fault of Keyword Elite, it can happen to any tool that use Wordtracker as the keyword source.
Do You Really Need it?
The bottom line is that Keyword Elite produces killer keyword lists that are important in any online business. If you think you can make money from having a list of targeted keyword phases in your selected niche markets, then the cost of Keyword Elite is a worth investment.
